The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to close the registration period for the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 today. Candidates interested in applying for the Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2025 may submit their applications via the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in.
The registration window will remain open until 11:50 PM.
Applicants will also be required to pay an application fee. The fee structure is as follows: ₹1150/- for the General category, ₹600/- for the General-EWS/OBC(NCL) category, and ₹325/- for the SC/ST/PwD/PwBD/Third Gender category.
Payment of the fee can be made using net banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI, along with any applicable service charges from the respective Bank or Payment Gateway Integrator.
According to the schedule, the final date for a successful transaction is October 28, 2025, and candidates will have the opportunity to correct their details from October 30 to November 1, 2025.
The NTA will conduct the CSIR UGC NET on December 18, 2025, in a Computer Based Test (CBT) format across various cities in India. The examination will take place in two shifts: the first shift from 9 AM to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 PM to 6 PM.
