The Indian Air Force has initiated the registration process for the IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2027. Aspirants wishing to apply for the Agniveervayu positions can access the direct link via the official IAF website at agnipathvayu.cdac.in.
The deadline for applications is February 1, 2026. The online examination is scheduled for March 30 and 31, 2026. Please refer below for information regarding eligibility, selection procedures, and additional details.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed their Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English from educational boards recognized by the Central, State, and Union Territories, achieving a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English. Candidates born between January 1, 2006, and July 1, 2009 (inclusive of both dates) are eligible to submit their applications.
Selection Process
The selection procedure consists of Phase I and II written tests, followed by a Phase 3 medical examination. The online test will feature objective-type questions, with bilingual options (English & Hindi) available, except for the English paper.
The total duration for other subjects is 45 minutes, and the question paper will include English based on the 10+2 CBSE syllabus, along with Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
For Science and related subjects, the exam duration is set for 8 minutes, covering Physics, Mathematics, and English according to the 10+2 CBSE syllabus, in addition to Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
Examination Fee
Upon submission of the application, candidates will be automatically redirected to the payment gateway via Net Banking/Debit Cards/Credit Cards/UPI to pay the non-refundable examination fee of ₹550/- plus 18% GST (non-refundable).
