The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is preparing to reopen the online enrolment window for the ICSI CS December Exam 2025 on October 23, 2025. Candidates will have the opportunity to submit their applications on the official website at icsi.edu.
The enrolment window will remain open until October 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
ICSI CS December Exam 2025 enrolment window reopens – Read official notice
According to the official announcement, candidates will be permitted to make the following requests during this timeframe:
- Examination enrolment (with Late Fee)
- Addition of Module (with Late Fee)
- Exemption based on higher qualifications.
- However, requests for change services, such as changes to Centre, Medium, Module, and Optional Subject, will not be accepted during this period. Such requests can be submitted from October 26, 2025, to November 21, 2025, until 4 PM. No requests will be processed after the deadline.
Additionally, candidates may complete the Pre-Examination Test (if not already completed) between October 11 and October 24, 2025, by 5:30 PM.
The TDOP (if not yet completed) can also be finalized from October 11 to October 20, 2025, as stated in the notice.
It is important to note that registrations for the ICSI CS December Exam 2025 commenced on August 26, 2025, and concluded on September 25, 2025.

The ICSI CS December exam is scheduled to take place from December 22 to December 29, 2025.
