Indian Overseas Bank has issued admit cards for the Local Bank Officers recruitment examination. Candidates may download the IOB LBO admit card 2025 via the link provided at iob.in/Careers. The online examination is set to take place on July 12.
This recruitment initiative is aimed at filling 400 LBO positions within the bank-
- Tamil Nadu: 260 vacancies
- Odisha: 10 vacancies
- Maharashtra: 45 vacancies
- Gujarat: 30 vacancies
- West Bengal: 34 vacancies
- Punjab: 21 vacancies
To obtain the IOB LBO admit card, candidates must enter their registration numbers/roll numbers along with their passwords and dates of birth.
How to download the admit card for the IOB LBO exam 2025?
- Visit the official website, iob.in/Careers.
- Access the ‘Online Examination Call Letter Download Link’.
- Input your login credentials.
- Submit and download the admit card.
Candidates holding a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or possessing an equivalent qualification are eligible to take the examination. Candidates must be aged between 20 to 30 years.
IOB LBO 2025: Selection process
The selection procedure will consist of an online examination, followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) and a Personal Interview round.
Candidates who pass the Online Examination will be invited to participate in the Language Proficiency Test (LPT), and those who succeed in both the online exam and LPT will be called for the Personal Interview.
The online exam will be conducted for a total of 200 marks and will include 140 questions. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours. There will be a penalty for incorrect answers, with 1/4th or 0.25 of the marks deducted for each wrong answer.
