The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the provisional allotment result for round 1 of NEET UG counselling online. Applicants who wish to gain admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the 15 percent all India quota and who registered during round 1 of NEET UG counselling can verify their status on the official website – mcc.nic.in. Candidates have the option to submit grievances regarding the NEET UG provisional allotment result by 11 am today via email at – mccresultquery@gmail.com, after which the provisional result will be considered ‘Final’, according to MCC.
The Committee also notified candidates that the provisional result is merely indicative and may be subject to alterations. Candidates cannot assert any entitlement to the seat allocated in the provisional result, and this provisional result cannot be contested in a Court of Law, it further stated.
MCC will subsequently publish the round 1 seat allotment result on the official website of the Committee – mcc.nic.in.
Candidates are advised to approach the designated college or institute only after the announcement of the NEET UG round 1 final result and only after obtaining the allotment letter from the MCC website.
Candidates who are shortlisted in the final NEET UG round 1 counselling result must report for admission at the medical colleges within the specified timeframe. The NEET UG round 1 merit list will be compiled based on the preferences indicated by the candidates during the registration period.
This year, the MCC is overseeing four rounds of online NEET UG counselling for all India quota seats, which includes seats at central and deemed universities.
MCC is tasked with managing the NEET UG counselling for MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing seats under the AIQ, as well as seats at central and deemed universities, Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Armed Force Medical Services (AFMS), and at AIIMS and JIPMER seats.
