The Directorate of Medical Education and Research has announced the seat allotment results for Round 1 of the Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 counselling. Candidates who have registered for the counselling process can check their allotment status on the official website at tnmedicalselection.net. Those who have been assigned a seat in Round 1 of the Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 counselling are required to download their allotment letter and report to the designated college by noon on August 24.
Failure to confirm admission by this deadline will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. Candidates who were not assigned a seat in Round 1 or wish to upgrade their choice may participate in TN NEET UG Round 2, for which the counselling schedule will be announced shortly by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu.

Step 1: Visit the official website–tnmedicalselection.net
Step 2: Click on the UG Courses’ tab and select MBBS/BDS from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Click on the link that states, “Provisional List of Candidates Allotted for MBBS/BDS (Government Quota) Course Session: 2025–2026”
Step 4: The seat allotment list will be displayed in PDF format
Step 5: Search for your roll number or name to verify your allotment status
Step 6: Log in to your candidate portal and download the confirmation letter.
