The National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) invites applications for Admission 2021 to Diploma and Post Graduate (PG) Diploma Programs. The institute comes under the purview of Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. Last date for application submission is 15 January 2021.
The NIRDPR Diploma program will take 12 months for completion however PG Diploma program will take 18 months for completion. Both programs will be delivered through Distance Learning Mode.
The curriculum taught for diploma program is about Panchayati Raj governance and Rural Development. The PG diploma program will teach courses like sustainable rural development, tribal development management, and another in geospatial technology applications in rural development.
Eligibility for all PG diploma and diploma courses is a graduate-level degree from any UGC recognized institute or similar. The application fee for all courses is Rs 500. For students belonging to the reserved category, the fee is Rs 300.
