The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE Class 10 supplementary results 2023 today. Students who appeared in the compartment exam can check CBSE Class 10 compartment results 2023 from the official website – cbseresults.nic.in.
The board conducted the CBSE Class 10 supplementary exams from July 17 to July 22, 2023. Those students who failed in one or two subjects were given a chance to appear for the CBSE Class 10 supplementary exams to improve their scores. A candidate must secure an overall 33 percent (both internal assessment and Class 10 board examination taken together) in all the subjects to be declared pass in the CBSE Class 10 supplementary result.
According to the latest CBSE update for this year, “The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to change the name of the compartment exam to the supplementary exam. Based on recommendations made in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, this decision has been made. Additionally, the CBSE will provide students with more opportunities to improve their board exam performance. In the supplementary exam, Class 10 students will be able to improve their scores in two subjects, while Class 12 students will improve their scores in one subject. ”
