It is important for candidates to understand that the application submitted to the Sangathan will not be considered complete until they receive an application submission code from the online admission portal. Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025-26: Important Dates
The online application process for KVS Class 1 and Balvatika (Levels 1, 2, and 3) will commence on March 7 at 10 am and will conclude on March 21 at 10 pm.
The admission application for KVS is structured into five distinct sections, each organized under a separate tab. The sections include: basic information, parents’ details, choice of schools, document upload, declaration, and submission.
For applicants under the Single Girl Child category, it is necessary to complete the online application form and upload the required documents, similar to other admission applications. There is no requirement to directly contact the Principal of the Vidyalaya where admission is sought.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025-26: Age Criteria
As per the official announcement, the minimum age for admission to Class 1 is set at 6 years. The age for all classes will be determined as of March 31, 2025. Seat reservations will adhere to the KVS Admission Guidelines for the 2025-26 academic year. The age requirements for Balvatika levels 1, 2, and 3 will be 3 to 4 years, 4 to 5 years, and 5 to 6 years, respectively, as of March 31, 2025.
