The National Law School of India University (NLSIU) in Bengaluru has announced an extension for the application deadline for the NLSAT 2025. Interested candidates can now submit their application forms until March 30. Applications for the NLSAT 2025 can be completed via the official website at nlsatadmissions.nls.ac.in.
It is important for candidates to be aware that an online application fee of ₹2500 is required for those in the general category, while applicants from reserved categories must pay ₹2000.
Registrations for the NLSAT 2025 commenced on January 2, 2025, with the examination scheduled for April 27, 2025. The test will last for 2.5 hours, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.
The examination will consist of two sections: Part A and Part B. Part A will feature multiple-choice questions (MCQs), whereas Part B will include subjective questions. All candidates are required to participate in both sections.
According to the official announcement, the final admission list is expected to be released in May 2025, with the academic session starting on July 1, 2025.
Eligibility requirements:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized national or international institution to qualify for application.
Furthermore, candidates in the General Category should have achieved a minimum aggregate of 45% in their degree, while those in the SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD categories must have a minimum aggregate of 40%.
Additionally, final-year students pursuing their Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply. However, their admission will be contingent upon the successful completion of their degree with the required minimum aggregate marks.
Proof of completion of the qualifying degree must be submitted by December 31, 2025, as stated in the notice.
