The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha announced the OSSTET Result 2024 on its official. Candidates who participated in the Odisha Secondary Schools Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) can access their results on the official BSE Odisha website at bseodisha.ac.in.
In conjunction with the results, the Board has also published the final answer key and the OMR sheet. The final answer key is available for various subjects, including Arts, CBZ, Hindi, Paper II, PCM, Sanskrit, Telugu, and Urdu.
The OSSTET was conducted on January 17, 2025, in two shifts, accommodating a total of 50,587 candidates. The examination consisted of two papers tailored for different categories of candidates. The first paper targeted prospective teachers in Science (PCM/CBZ), Arts, Hindi, and Classical languages (Urdu, Telugu, and Sanskrit), while the second paper was dedicated to Physical Education teachers.
Each paper contained 150 objective-type questions, with a total score of 150 marks. The time allocated for each paper was two hours and thirty minutes.
To pass the OSSTET examination, general category candidates must achieve a minimum score of 45 percent, whereas candidates from SC, ST, PH, and SEBC categories need to secure at least 35 percent.
