The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has decided to delay the remaining papers of the ICAI CA May Exam 2025 due to a tense and uncertain security situation in the country. Candidates registered for the Chartered Accountant examination can find the official announcement on the ICAI’s website at icai.org.
The remaining papers for the Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate, and Post Qualification Course Examinations [International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT AT)] originally set for May 9 to May 14, 2025, are now postponed.
The official announcement states, “In partial modification of the Institute’s Important Announcement No. 13-CA (EXAM)/2025 dated 13th January 2025, we hereby inform everyone that due to the tense and security situation in the Country, the remaining papers of Chartered Accountants Final, Intermediate and Post Qualification Course Examinations [International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT AT)] scheduled for May 9-14, 2025, have been postponed. Revised dates will be communicated at a later time.”
According to the previous timetable, the ICAI CA May examination was planned from May 2 to May 14, 2025. Group 1 candidates for the CA Inter exam were slated for May 3, 5, and 7, while group 2 exams were scheduled for May 9, 11, and 14. The final examination for group 1 took place on May 2, 4, and 6, and for group 2, it happened on May 8, 10, and 13, 2025. The Intermediate course papers were intended to be conducted between 2 PM and 5 PM. The Final exam for papers 1 to 5 was set for 2 PM to 5 PM, and paper 6 from 2 PM to 6 PM.
