The government of Telangana has announced to reopen the state schools. The school has been reopened only for classes 9th and 10th. As per the announcement, the schools will reopen on February 1 for both these classes for offline lessons.
As per the announcement the academic session 2020-21 will conclude in the schools on May 26. According to a memo issued by the Telangana School Education Department on Saturday, the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations or class 10 examinations in Telangana will be held from May 17 to 26, 2021.
The notice released by the education department regarding the SSC exams states that “Every child who is willing to write the relevant exam shall be allowed to do so without insisting on minimum attendance and no such child will be withheld from writing the examinations on any ground.”
The schools will function from 9.30 AM to 4.45 PM in the districts while it will be from 8.45 AM to 4 PM in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Online and digital classes for class 10 will be held from 10 AM to 11 AM and for class 9 from 4 PM to 5 PM.
Students can download the date sheet for the Telangana SSC exams 2021 from the official website of the board of manabadi.co.in, and candidates can check the dates for each subject there. Admit cards for the examinations will be released on the website in May 2021.
The state education department has also stated that the vocational exams would be conducted in June and the evaluation would begin immediately and is expected to be completed within 10 days. The result will most likely be announced by June 30, 2021.
