The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released a notification detailing the date and time for the RSSB Rajasthan Patwari 2025 examination. The exam is scheduled for August 17 (Sunday) and will take place in two shifts: the first from 9 am to noon, and the second from 3 pm to 6 pm. Candidates who have registered for the exam can view and download the notification from the official website — rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
The board has stated that admit cards will be accessible solely through online means. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards from the official website a few days prior to the examination. It is important to note that admit cards will not be sent via postal service or any other method. This year, there are a total of 3705 vacancies.
The Rajasthan Patwari recruitment examination for 2025 will be conducted in an objective multiple-choice format. Candidates will be evaluated on various subjects, including General Knowledge, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, the Hindi language, as well as topics related to Rajasthan’s geography, history, and culture.
The exam will feature 150 questions to be completed within a time frame of 180 minutes (3 hours). Each correct answer will earn 2 marks, while an incorrect answer will incur a penalty of 1/3 mark. The exam pattern has been designed by RSSB to evaluate a candidate’s overall aptitude and comprehension of both general and region-specific knowledge.
In related news, the recruitment process for Group D positions at the Rajasthan High Court concluded on July 26. This state recruitment initiative aimed to fill 5670 Group D posts (Class IV employees). The selected candidates will be appointed to various courts in Rajasthan, the State Judicial Academy, and the State Legal Services Authority. The minimum qualification required for the exam was the completion of Class 10.
To qualify for this recruitment, candidates must be aged between 18 and 40 years, with age calculated as of January 1, 2026. Male candidates from SC/ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
