The Consortium of National Law Universities is set to initiate the registration and application process for the Common Law Admission Test, commonly referred to as CLAT 2026. Candidates will be able to apply for both CLAT UG and CLAT PG through the website consortiumofnlus.ac.in once the process commences.
The entrance examination is scheduled to take place on December 7, conducted in a single session from 2 PM to 4 PM. CLAT serves as a national-level entrance examination for admission into undergraduate and postgraduate law programs provided by the participating National Law Universities.
Prior to the commencement of the registration process, the consortium will publish the information bulletin, along with important dates and additional details on the official website.
According to an official statement, “The application portal for CLAT 2026 will be operational from August 1, 2025, and will remain accessible until October 31, 2025, which is the final date for submitting applications for CLAT 2026.”

- Click on the registration link.
- Provide the required information to complete the registration process.
- Log in to your account.
- Complete the application form.
- Upload the necessary documents and remit the application fee.
