Candidates are required to download the entry slip from the NBEMS website and visit the office on the date specified in the document.
“Qualified and eligible candidates must be present on the designated date and time to collect their Pass certificate. They are required to bring the documents in ORIGINAL as outlined in the Information Bulletin. Candidates must also present a printed copy of the ‘Entry Slip’ to gain entry at the NBEMS office,” stated NBEMS.
The board has instructed candidates to review the self-declaration included in the entry slip and complete it in advance prior to visiting the office for the collection of pass certificates. The pass certificate will not be issued unless the self-declaration is submitted, it further noted.
“The FMGE Pass certificate will only be issued upon the presentation of the required documents in ORIGINAL and after verification of identity, which includes biometrics/Face ID,” NBEMS stated.
NBEMS will not provide pass certificates to any authorized representative or any individual other than the candidate under any circumstances.
Candidates who are unable to collect their certificates on the scheduled dates due to unforeseen circumstances are advised not to appear for collection on any other day of their choosing. Such candidates will need to obtain prior approval from NBEMS for a new date for the collection of their pass certificate through the Communication Web portal (CWP) of NBEMS after October 15.
