Chhattisgarh Board has cancelled CGBSE 10th examinations and postponed Class 12 exams due to the rise of COVID-19 cases in the state. The Chhattisgarh Board Class 10 exams were postponed which were scheduled to be held from April 15 and May 1, 2021. Whereas, the CGBSE Class 12 exams were scheduled from May 3 to May 24, 2021. The revised date sheet for the conduction of the Class 12 exam will be released after the COVID situation normalizes.

The students of Class 10 who are not satisfied with the given marks will be allowed to appear for the special examination. Class 10 students will be promoted based on the internal assignments, students who are not satisfied with the allotted marks can appear in the examination later.
The secretary of CGBSE, VK Goyal said that if a student has not completed the assignment work or has not achieved the minimum marks required, then such students will be awarded passing marks. in an official statement. Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghe announced that “Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Raipur has canceled the examinations of class 10th, in view of the current situation of Corona epidemic.”
