The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the list of qualified candidates in UPSC 2020 in the UPSC IAS final result PDF. The final UPSC IAS result 2020 PDF is available online mode on the official website at upsc.gov.in. Around 10,40,060 candidates applied for the UPSC IAS 2020 exam out of which 4,82,770 candidates appeared for the exam at the UPSC IAS prelims stage.
In the UPSC IAS interview round, a total number of 2,053 appeared out of which 761 candidates qualified. Out of a total of 761 candidates, 545 male and 216 female candidates have qualified. UPSC has provided the category-wise breakdowns in the UPSC IAS result PDF.
UPSC put the 150 candidates on the reserved list. The UPSC Civil Services Examination was conducted for the total number of 836 vacancies. Along with 761 qualified candidates, UPSC released category-wise breakdowns for candidates from the reserved list.
UPSC IAS Selection process
According to the UPSC IAS selection process, candidates need to appear for the three-staged recruitment process. It is mandatory to secure a UPSC IAS cut-off at each stage to get qualified. The All India Rank will be based on the overall performance of the candidate in all three stages.
