The University of Allahabad has decided to cancel the offline exams of the even semesters. The examination committee of the university decided to cancel the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th-semester examinations today. The university announced the cancellation of the examination on its official Twitter page today.
The university notified The university said it will promote the students in these semesters based on their internal assessment marks. “The offline exams of the even semesters(2,4,6,8) stand canceled and the students will be promoted on the basis of their internal assessment marks,”.“
The students will be promoted to the higher semester and their classes will start after Diwali vacations in hybrid(online/offline) mode,” added the university. According to the university, the annual exams will be conducted after the second week of March in offline mode following the Covid -19 guidelines during that time in the country, informed the university.
The university students will be promoted to the higher semester. The students have to attend both online and offline classes after Diwali vacations, as the university has decided to conduct the classes in hybrid mode. The offline classes will resume from December 17, considering the Covid -19 situation during that time.
