The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has made changes to the dates for the MAH LLB CET 3 Year 2025 exam. The entrance test is now scheduled to take place on May 2 and May 3, 2025, instead of the previously announced May 3 and May 4, 2025.
The date change occurred because several exam centers reserved for the CET were also assigned to the NTA for conducting NEET 2025 on May 4, 2025. This overlap in bookings resulted in a lack of available exam centers after May 3, 2025.
Moreover, university and college exams are planned throughout May, and since the examination and centralized admission process need to start on time, further delays for the CET 3-year LLB exam are not feasible.
In addition, there is a disproportionately high number of candidates in some districts taking the LLB 3-year CET. To accommodate these candidates at their preferred centers as much as possible, it was decided to move the MAH CET LLB 3-year exam one day earlier than planned. Candidates should take note of the revised schedule and prepare accordingly.
The official announcement states, “RRBs implement a system that maintains the highest standards of confidentiality in the creation, processing, maintenance, storage, encryption, and management of question sets, ensuring no human involvement in the question paper preparation and delivery to examination centers. This has been achieved through software-based methods. Consequently, the exam scheduled for the second shift on April 22, 2025, has been canceled, and an alternate date will be announced soon.”
The new date for the CBT 2 for those affected will be communicated in due course.
The RRB JE 2nd stage computer-based test was conducted on April 22, 2025, and the provisional answer key has been published. Candidates have until April 30, 2025, to submit objections. The fee for raising an objection is Rs. 50 plus any applicable Bank Service Charges for each question. If any objections are deemed valid, the fee paid for those objections will be refunded to the candidate after deducting applicable Bank Charges, with the refund processed to the account used for the online payment.
Candidates who pass the second stage CBT will be required to attend document verification and a medical exam. The selection of candidates for the DV process will be based on the normalized marks they achieve in the 2nd Stage CBT. For further details, candidates can visit the official RRBs website.
