According to the updated schedule, the registration window for the stray vacancy round will commence on November 4 and will conclude on November 9, 2025. The choice filling process is set to begin on November 5 and will also end on November 9, 2025.
Seat allotment will take place from November 10 to November 11, 2025. The results for Round 3 will be announced on November 12, 2025. Candidates who receive seat allotments are required to report to their designated colleges between November 13 and November 20, 2025.

- A new page will appear where candidates must register online.
- After completing the registration, fill out the application form.
- Proceed to make the payment for the application fee.
- Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
- Retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
