NHPC Limited has issued the admit card for the recruitment examination for the position of Junior Engineers and other roles. Candidates who are participating in the recruitment exam can verify and download their hall tickets from the official website at nhpcindia.com.
To download the hall tickets, candidates will be required to input their details such as User ID and Password.
Examination Pattern
The examination will be administered in CBT (Computer Based Test) format in both English and Hindi. The total score for the examination will be 200 marks, and candidates will be given 3 hours to complete the test.
The JE recruitment exam will consist of three sections – Part-I will include 140 MCQs related to the specific engineering discipline, Part-II will feature 30 MCQs on General Awareness, and Part-III will contain an additional 30 MCQs on Reasoning.
Candidates should be aware that for each correct answer to an MCQ, one mark will be granted. Conversely, for each incorrect answer attempted, a penalty of ¼ mark, equivalent to 0.25 marks, will be deducted.
No marks will be given or deducted for questions that are not attempted.
The registration period for the NHPC JE recruitment 2025 commenced on September 2, 2025, and concluded on October 1, 2025.
