The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has announced the results for the Junior Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer Civil (O and M), and Junior Engineer exam 2024. The commission has also issued the PSSSB JE 2024 final answer key along with the result.
The PSSSB recruitment drive aims to fill 345 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in various departments. Candidates who appeared for the PSSSB JE 2024 can download their exam results by visiting the official website, sssb.punjab.gov.in. The PSSSB JE 2024 exam was conducted on January 20, 2024.
The PSSSB JE 2024 exam result is declared in the form of a PDF which carries the information including the candidate’s name, roll number, application number, father’s name, category, date of birth, gender and marks scored out of 120. As per the official PDF shared by the PSSSB, a total of 4,279 candidates are shortlisted for further rounds. The PSSSB will soon issue the cut-off marks for the PSSSB JE 2024 exam and shortlisted candidates will be invited for a document verification round.
During document scrutiny, the board may ask for various documents, including a caste certificate, disabilities certificate, mark sheets, certificates of achievement, photo ID proof, as well as any other relevant documents.In the event of a tie in the PSSSB JE result 2024, preference will be given to the elder candidate. If the candidates have same age, the marks obtained in the qualifying exam will be considered.
