The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GBSHSE) has officially published the final answer key for the HSC science examinations. Students who participated in the exam can now access the Gujarat HSC final answer key for 2025 on the official website, gseb.org.
Previously, the board released the provisional GSEB HSC answer key on March 21, with the deadline for submitting objections set for March 24.
GSEB HSC 2025: Steps to download the final answer key
Students can follow these steps to obtain the Gujarat Board HSC final answer key:
Step 1: Navigate to the official Gujarat Board website at gsebeservice.com.
Step 2: Click on the link titled “HSCE SCIENCE FEBRUARY/MARCH-2025 FINAL ANSWER KEY.”
Step 3: The answer key PDF will appear on your screen.
Step 4: Download and save the document to your device.
Step 5: Print a copy for your reference if necessary.
This year, the Gujarat Board Class 12 examinations were held from February 27 to March 17, 2025. The theory exams were conducted in two sessions: morning (10:30 am – 1:45 pm) and afternoon (3:00 pm – 6:15 pm).
GSEB HSC Class 12 result 2025: Expected release date
Last year, the Gujarat Board announced the HSC Science stream results on May 9. Following historical patterns, the GSEB HSC 2025 results are anticipated to be released in May, around 9 am. The precise date for the results has yet to be confirmed, but once available, students can check their scores on the official website.
To view their GSEB HSC result for 2025, students will need to input their registered mobile number or email ID along with their password. While the online scorecard serves as a provisional marksheet, students are required to collect the official hard copy from their respective schools.
In 2024, the overall pass percentage was recorded at 91.93%. The GSEB HSC supplementary results were announced on July 29 at 12 pm.
The General stream for Class 12 has a total of 423,909 registered students, whereas the Science stream comprises 111,384 candidates. In 2023, the overall pass rate for the Science stream decreased to 65.58%, a decline from 71.9% in 2019. Students studying in English medium achieved a pass percentage of 67.18%, while 65.32% of students from the Gujarati medium successfully passed the examinations.
