The State Bank of India (SBI) has issued the admit card, also known as the call letter, for the Probationary Officer (PO) Mains examination. Candidates can access and download their SBI PO Mains admit card from the official website, sbi.co.in.
In addition to the admit card, the bank has provided an information handout pertaining to the Mains examination.
Candidates are advised to take note of the following important instructions:
- Be sure to record your roll number, exam date, reporting time, and examination venue. Arrive at the examination location at the time specified in the call letter, as late arrivals will not be permitted to participate in the test.
- Attach a recent passport-sized photograph in the designated area of the call letter and bring it along with an original photo identification proof and a photocopy. Additionally, carry the call letter from the preliminary exam and a copy of the photo identification proof that was verified and stamped by exam officials during the prelims.
- Candidates must sign the call letter and place their left thumb impression in the designated spaces for the candidate’s signature and thumb impression, respectively, in the presence of the invigilator in the examination hall. A personal stamp pad should be brought for this purpose. Signatures in capital letters will not be accepted.
- At the conclusion of the examination, candidates are required to submit both call letters along with the photocopy of their photo identification proof.
- It is essential to adhere to the instructions provided by the test administrators and invigilators throughout the examination process. Any violation of these instructions may result in disqualification and removal from the examination hall.
- Items such as calculators, mobile phones, books, smartwatches, slide rules, notebooks, or any written notes are prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Do not leave your seat unless permitted.
- Remember to bring necessary stationery, including pencils, a ballpoint pen, an eraser, and a blue ink stamp pad.

- Conduct all rough work on the sheets provided and submit these rough sheets to the invigilator upon completion of the test. It is essential to write your name, roll number, registration number, and the date of the examination on each rough sheet utilized. Any candidate who fails to return the materials or is discovered attempting to take or share questions or answers, either inside or outside the examination hall, will face disqualification, and the bank may pursue further actions in accordance with established regulations.
- Be aware that there will be penalties for incorrect answers. Each test will present five alternative answers for every question. For each incorrect response, one-fourth of the marks allocated to that question will be deducted. No penalty will be applied for unanswered questions. If the total penalty incurred during the test results in a fraction, it will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
