The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released the results for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET 8) stage 1. Candidates can access their results through the link available at aiimsexams.ac.in.
The NORCET stage 1 examination took place on April 12.
The result notification includes the roll numbers of candidates who have been shortlisted based on their performance in the NORCET 8 stage 1 exam, making them provisionally eligible to participate in the NORCET 8 stage 2 exam.
The stage 2 examination is scheduled for May 2.
AIIMS reported that out of 72,462 candidates registered for the exam, 68,074 attended, and 38,173 qualified according to the established criteria. A total of 11,472 candidates have been invited to take the stage 2 examination.

All candidates who are provisionally qualified for stage 2 must select their preferred exam city on the portal via MyPage from April 20 to 22 (until 5 PM). AIIMS has stated that it retains the authority to assign any examination center, regardless of the city preference indicated by candidates, and has advised them to prepare accordingly.
Furthermore, the institute has announced that the admit card for the second stage of NORCET 8 will be available on April 29, and candidates will be informed of their examination status and city one week prior to the test.
