The Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE) Kerala has released the updated rank list for the Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical (KEAM) admission 2025, in compliance with a directive from the high court.
According to the announcement posted on the CEE Kerala website, the modification made to the KEAM prospectus in clause 9.7.4.(b) has been revoked, and a new rank list has been generated.
The details of the revised rank are accessible on the KEAM 2025 candidate portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.
This year, a total of 86,549 students participated in the KEAM engineering examination, with 76,230 qualifying and 67,505 being included in the rank list.
Additionally, for Pharmacy, 33,425 candidates appeared for KEAM 2025, and 27,841 have been listed in the rank list.
Joshua Jacob Thomas has achieved the highest score in the Engineering examination with 588.5773 out of 600, followed closely by Hari Kishan Baiju (588.5773/600) and Emil Iype Sacharia (588.5773/600) in the second and third positions, respectively.
Anakha Anil is the top scorer in Pharmacy with 290.0000 out of 300 marks, while Hrishikesh R Shenoy (290.0000/300 marks) ranks second, and Fathimathu Zahra (290.0000/300) secures the third position.
Recently, the Kerala High Court annulled the KEAM exam results that were declared by the government after the implementation of a new mark consolidation formula. The High Court also mandated a revision of the KEAM rank list.
The state government had announced the KEAM results the previous week based on this new formula, addressing the long-standing grievances of students from the Kerala syllabus regarding the reduction of marks due to mark consolidation.
Hana Fathima, a student from the CBSE board, lodged a petition challenging the mark consolidation in the rank list.
The High Court upheld the student’s claim that the prospectus was altered at the final stage of the admission process.
