The Joint Seat Allocation Authority has announced the JoSAA 2025 seat allotment result for round 5 on its official website. Candidates who participated in the Round 5 counselling can view their allotment result on the official website at josaa.nic.in.
The online reporting, which includes fee payment and document upload, as well as the candidate’s response to any queries, will take place from July 11, 2025, to July 14, 2025. The deadline for fee payment via online mode is set for July 14, 2025.
Candidates may initiate the withdrawal of seats and exit from the seat allocation process from July 12, 2025, to July 14, 2025. The final date for addressing any fee payment issues and candidate withdrawal queries will be available on July 15, 2025. Additionally, seat allocation for Round 6 is planned for July 16. The period for fee payment, document upload, or responding to any queries is from July 16, 2025, to July 20, 2025. The last date for fee payment via online mode is July 20, 2025. Finally, the last round of seat allocation concludes on July 21, 2025.

- Enter your login credentials.
- Submit and download the result.
- Retain a hard copy for future reference.
JoSAA counselling is organized for admissions to a total of 127 institutes for the academic year 2025-26. This encompasses approximately 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs, and 47 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). Admission to all academic programs offered by these institutes will be conducted through a single platform.
