Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) introduced two key initiatives — the Career Guidance Dashboard and the Counseling Hub and Spoke School Model — for the academic year 2025–26, as reported by officials.
The purpose of these initiatives is to enhance institutional frameworks for career guidance and to foster comprehensive psychosocial wellbeing among students, they further stated.

“Both initiatives are intended to support schools and students and will continue to develop through ongoing feedback from stakeholders,” remarked CBSE Chairman Rahul Singh during the launch event.
In the orientation-cum-interaction session, expert teams provided a thorough overview of the Career Guidance Dashboard, emphasizing its user interface, essential features, and resources available for students, teachers, and school administrators.
Additionally, a dedicated session on the CBSE Counseling Hub and Spoke Model detailed its implementation framework, responsibilities at the school level, and monitoring processes.
