FAST i.e. First Aid for Students and Teachers is a mobile app developed by National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in association with Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS). The app will educate students and teachers about ‘how to give first aid’ in case of an emergency before professional medical help arrive to campus.
The FAST app is available for Android and iOS devices.
The information regarding this is notified on official website of Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The release recommends all the educational boards and organizations to provide download link of FAST app onto their official website.
