The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the UGC NET June 2024 exam result. In addition to the UGC NET June 2024 result, NTA has also released the subject-wise and category-wise cut-offs. The official website hosting the UGC NET 2024 June result link is ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The UGC NET June 2024 exams were held between August 21 and September 4 and over nine lakh candidates took the exam in multiple exam cities across the country. NTA has already released the final UGC NET June 2024 answer keys.
According to the UGC NET June 2024 marking scheme, each question carried two marks and no negative marks would be cut for incorrect responses. Questions unanswered, un-attempted, or marked for review would also not fetch any marks.
If a question is found to be incorrect, ambiguous, or has multiple correct answers, only those candidates who have attempted the question and chosen one of the correct answers would be given the credit. If a question is found to be incorrect and dropped, then two marks will be awarded only to those candidates who have attempted the question. The reason could be due to human error or technical error.
