Assam Police Constable Result 2025: The State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) Assam has released an updated result for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) associated with the Constable recruitment examination. Candidates can access the results at slprbassam.in.
While the PET results for those already qualified remain unchanged, additional candidates have now been deemed eligible to participate in the written examination.
According to SLPRB, this supplementary result was issued due to a logical sequencing error that impacted the cut-off marks.
“A correction process was undertaken to address a logical sequencing error in the software that influenced the cut-off marks for Social and Special Categories in the Merit List for Constable (AB & UB) and Constable (Communication) as per the Advertisement dated 06-10-2023,” stated SLPRB.
“Following the necessary adjustments, more candidates have been identified as eligible and added to the list for the Written Test. The total number of shortlisted candidates adheres to the 1:5 ratio of available eligible candidates,” it further explained.
The commission will issue admit cards for the written test on April 1. Initially, the release of the admit card was planned for March 17, with the exam set for March 23. However, the exam date has been rescheduled to April 6.
SLPRB clarified that the postponement was due to administrative reasons.
“It is hereby notified to all concerned that the Written Test originally scheduled for 23-03-2025 will now take place on 06-04-2025 due to administrative reasons. Eligible candidates will be able to download their Admit Cards for the Written Test starting at 11 AM on 01-04-2025,” SLPRB announced.
Candidates can download the Assam Police Constable written admit card 2025 tomorrow by using their application numbers, names, and dates of birth.
On the day of the examination, candidates are required to present a printed copy of their admit card along with a government-issued photo identification, which may include an Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, or Voter ID card.
It is essential for candidates to thoroughly read and adhere to all instructions provided on the admit card.
The SLPRB has also stated that candidates are not permitted to take the written test at any exam center other than the one assigned to them, as indicated on their admit card.
