The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has announced the postponement of the ICAI Exams 2025, including the Chartered Accountants Final and Intermediate Examinations in the regions of Punjab and Jammu City. Candidates wishing to take the examination can refer to the notice available on the official ICAI website at icai.org.
Originally, the Chartered Accountants Final and Intermediate examinations were set to take place on September 3 and 4, 2025. However, due to persistent rainfall and flooding, the exams in Punjab and Jammu have been rescheduled.

The postponement affects cities such as Amritsar, Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mandi, Gobindgarh, Pathankot, Patiala, and Sangrur in Punjab, as well as Jammu City.
The ICAI CA September Exam 2025 datesheet for Final, Intermediate, and Foundation courses is now available at icai.org, with the timetable accessible here.
The Institute has also confirmed that all other details as stated in the Important Announcement dated May 30, 2025, which can be found on www.icai.org, will remain unchanged.
The final course examination for Group 1 is scheduled for September 3, 6, and 8, 2025, while Group 2 will take place on September 10, 12, and 14, 2025. The intermediate course examination for Group 1 is set for September 4, 7, and 9, 2025, and Group 2 will occur on September 11, 13, and 15, 2025. Paper 6 of the Final Examination will last for 4 hours, whereas all other examinations will be 3 hours long. Candidates will receive an additional 15 minutes to review the question papers.
