The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has postponed the CGPSC Mains 2020 exam. The CGPSC Mains exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted in offline mode on June 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2021. The decision has been made due to an increase in Covid-19 cases in India. A total no of 175 posts is to be filled with this State Service Mains Exams in CGPSC.
The notice released by CGPSC read, ” In view of rising Covid 19 cases and lockdown due to it, the State Service Mains Exams for June 18, 19, 20, 21 stands deferred. New dates for the Mains examination will be announced 15 days prior to the exam. Further, it states that the commission has extended the last date to register for the CGPSC State Service Mains Exam 2020.”
CGPSC released the Mains application form 2021 on April 9. Applicants can fill the application form from the CGPSC official website. Aspirants who cleared the CGPSC prelims exam are eligible to appear in the mains exam. The mains exam of CGPSC will be conducted in offline, descriptive mode.
Interested candidates can visit the official website psc.cg.gov.in and register for the same till May 20. 2021. The correction window will be open from May 21 (12 noon) to May 27 (11.59pm).
