The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has declared the National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Chandigarh result 2023. Students who appeared for the test can check their roll number results as well as a list of selected students on the official website, scertchd.edu.in.
A total of 85 students have been selected for the scholarship scheme. The list includes the name of the student, roll number, father’s name, category, gender, disability, MAT marks, SAT marks, and total marks. Chandigarh NMMS 2023 answer key was released on November 13. Candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key by November 19.
NMMS Chandigarh exam was conducted on November 8 to award 85 scholarships to the qualified students. The exam included two papers – The mental Ability Test (MAT) and the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Each paper consisted of 90 questions carrying one mark each.
Students are required to secure at least 40 percent marks in aggregate (32% for SC, ST) to be declared to pass the exam. Under the scholarship scheme, selected students of Class 8 will receive a scholarship of Rs 12,000 per annum from Class 9 to 12.
