The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2023) admit card release date of 2023. Candidates who registered for the teacher’s eligibility test will be able to download their CBSE CTET 2023 admit card from the official website at ctet.nic.in, on August 18.
As per the schedule, the CTET 2023 exam will be conducted on August 20. The CBSE Board also said the examination will be held in online mode even for candidates who had earlier opted for the online exam. The CBSE added that the candidates have been allotted exam centers in the nearest city to their residing address.
The registration process for CTET 2023 started on April 27 and was closed on May 26. The examination will be held in two shifts – shift 1 will be conducted from 9.30 AM to 12 PM and shift 2 from 2.30 PM to 5 PM.
As per the exam pattern, the CTET question paper will have multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The candidates will be awarded one mark for every correct answer. There will be no negative marking. Paper I will be for candidates aspiring to be a teacher for Classes 1 to 5, while paper 2 will be for those who have applied for teaching Classes 6 to 8.
