Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) released the merit list for postgraduate admissions, determined by CUET-PG 2025 scores. Students who applied for PG admissions at DAVV via CUET PG can now access their merit rank on the university’s official website. The choice filling process is set to commence from June 13 and will continue until June 19.
“Students can check their merit status and make their course preferences,” stated Prof Rajesh Sharma, Chairman of CUET PG Admissions at DAVV. The choice filling process entails selecting and prioritizing programs across various departments and finalizing preferences before the deadline to qualify for allotment.
In spite of a record 86,000 students choosing DAVV as their preferred institution during the CUET-PG registration—more than double the number from the previous year—the university has received just over 1,500 registrations for its 1,450 PG seats, which has raised concerns among the admissions committee. Sharma explained that this situation arose from confusion regarding subject mapping: “Many students only took exams for their core subjects, neglecting necessary tests such as general knowledge and mathematics, which restricted their eligibility.”
According to the official counseling schedule, the first round of seat allotment is expected to be announced on June 24. Students who are allotted seats will need to report for document verification between June 30 and July 2, followed by online fee submission from June 30 to July 6.
