The University of Delhi has announced the schedule for the allocation-cum-admission process for all Undergraduate programs across all DU colleges for the academic year 2025-26.
In an official announcement, the University indicated that Phase-II of the Common Seat Allocation System (UG)-2025 (CSAS-UG) will commence on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
Candidates who have successfully completed Phase 1 are required to log in to their dashboard on the official website at ugadmission.uod.ac.in to select their preferred programs and college combinations, provided they meet the eligibility criteria, as stated in the official notice.
The notice further emphasized that, “Due care must be exercised while ordering the preferences.”
Moreover, candidates who have not yet registered on the CSAS portal will also have the opportunity to register, as the University has decided to keep both phases open until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2025. Preferences submitted will be automatically locked upon reaching the deadline of 11:59 p.m. on July 14, 2025.
In the meantime, the Correction Window is set to open on Sunday, July 6, 2025, and will close on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM for all candidates who have completed Phase I of CSAS (UG) and wish to make corrections to their application forms.
Important dates are as follows:
Phase 1 and Phase 2 of CSAS
July 6 – July 11, 2025, until 11:59 PM: Correction Window for candidates already registered in Phase I of CSAS.
July 8 – July 14, 2025, until 11:59 PM: Preference filling for programs and colleges in CSAS.
July 14, 2025, until 11:59 PM: CSAS auto-locks the preferences.
July 15, 2025, at 5 PM: Declaration of simulated ranks.
July 15, 2025, at 5 PM to July 16, 2025, until 11:59 PM: Preference change window.
July 19, 2025, at 5 PM: Declaration of the first CSAS allocation list.
The second round of the CSAS allocation list will be released on July 28, 2025, at 5 PM.
