Delhi University (DU) has begun the registration process for various Ph.D. programs. The registration process for admission to the DU Phd programs for the academic session 2023-24 will close on Wednesday, August 2.
The registration process for PhD programmes of DU will be in two phases. In phase 1, candidates who are eligible on the basis of UGC-NET (including JRF), UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF), Ayush-NET, DBT-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DST-INSPIRE or equivalent national-level examination or fellowship (as identified by DRC), GATE, teacher fellowship holders and others will be able to apply.
All eligible candidates will be able to apply in phase 2 of the process. However, candidates who will be eligible on the basis of the entrance test will be shortlisted for interviews after the declaration of the result.
Registration fee, which is non-refundable, for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories is Rs 300 per program. In contrast, those belonging to EWS, OBC-NCL and UR categories will have to pay Rs 750 per programme.
