Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has released the Goa HSSC result evaluation criteria 2021. The board will follow the 30:30:40 formula to evaluate Goa board Class 12 students. The Goa HSSC board will consider the marks obtained in Class 10, 11, and Class 12 internal exams to evaluate Goa HSSC results 2021.
As per the official notification, the first parameter in the assessment is the Class 12 unit test/mid-term/preliminary marks. However, these examinations are not conducted by the board and will not meet the goal of standardization, and may also reflect subjectivity inherent in school-based assessment.
Therefore, to resolve this issue the board will also consider marks of exams conducted prior to COVID-19. Goa board Class 10 examinations are the only exams answered by the current batch of Goa HSSC students. The board will consider the marks obtained by the students in the best three subjects out of 6/7 main subjects.
After that, the Goa board will consider Class 11 board exams marks to evaluate the Goa HSSC results 2021. A 30 per cent weightage will be given to the Class 11 final exam result.
Students who are not satisfied with the Goa HSSC evaluation criteria 2021 and their Goa HSSC results 2021 will be given an opportunity to appear for the examination when the situation is conducive. On June 3, the board cancelled the Goa HSSC examination 2021. The Goa HSSC Results 2021 are likely to be declared by July 31, 2021.
