Himachal Pradesh University has updated the examination schedule for the B.A, B.Sc, and B.Com programs for the year 2025. The revised dates apply to the first, second, and third-year examinations. Candidates can find the official announcement on HPU’s website at hpuniv.ac.in.
According to the official notice, “This is to inform all relevant parties that the following adjustments have been made to the date-sheet for the B.A/B.Sc/B.Com first, second, and third-year examinations, originally issued on March 12, 2025, in response to concerns regarding scheduling conflicts raised by colleges and students.”
For the first year of B.Com, the Business Law exam, previously set for April 5, will now take place on May 3, 2025. Additionally, the Journalism course’s Introduction to Radio and TV, originally scheduled for April 17, will now be conducted on May 9, 2025.
In the second year, the Travel Agency and Tour Operation exam under the Tourism subject will occur on May 10 instead of April 5. The Psychological Bases of Education exam, which was slated for April 8, has also been postponed to May 10.
Furthermore, the Tourism Organisations and Associations paper will now be held on May 13 instead of April 9, 2025. The Human Geography exam is scheduled for May 13, while the Development of Education in India will take place on May 14, 2025.
For the third year, the B.Com exam for Fundamentals of Financial Management will be conducted on April 30 instead of April 5. The Data Structure and File Processing exam for Computer Applications will now be held on May 9 instead of April 17, and the Community and Traditional Media exam for Journalism will also take place on May 9 instead of April 28, 2025.
