The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is set to commence the enrollment process for the ICSI CS June 2025 Examination on its official website. Interested candidates can access the direct application link via the official ICSI website at icsi.edu.
The deadline for submitting enrollment applications, as well as for adding modules or groups without incurring a late fee, is March 25, 2025. The enrollment process with a late fee will conclude on April 9, 2025. Services related to enrollment, including changes in center, module, medium, optional subjects, cancellation of exemption requests, and re-submission of documents for exemption based on higher qualifications, will be available starting May 1, 2025.
The ICSI CS June 2025 examination is scheduled to take place from June 1 to June 10, 2025, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM. The Executive program examination will commence with the subject of Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws, while the Professional Programme (Syllabus – 2017) will start with Governance, Risk Management, Compliances, and Ethics. The Professional Programme (Syllabus – 2022) will initiate with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) – Principles and Practice papers.
The examination fee for the Executive program is set at ₹1500 per group, whereas the fee for the Professional program is ₹1800 per module or group. A late fee of ₹250 applies to all stages, and any changes in center, module, medium, or optional subjects will incur a fee of ₹250 for each change. Candidates are advised that for all transactions, including those that fail, a Request ID and Transaction ID will be generated by the system. - Select the examination link located on the homepage.
- A new page will appear, prompting candidates to click on the CS Executive and Professional link.
- Another page will open, where candidates must complete their registration.
- After registration is complete, log into the account.
- Complete the application form and proceed to pay the application fee.
- Click on submit and download the resulting page.
- Retain a hard copy of the document for future reference.
