The Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IIT Indore) has opened the application window to register for the undergraduate summer research internship. Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in India with 60 percent marks in Class 12 will be eligible to apply for the internship. Interested candidates can apply for the internship on the IIT Indore official website.
The period of internship will be one month or two months in consultation with the faculty mentor. The application link will remain active till May 10.
IIT Indore internship details
— The prospective candidates may select a faculty mentor depending on the match of their interests and of the faculty mentor.
— IIT Indore has a total 11 departments available and around 70 faculty mentors are available to guide students in different domains.
— The students must secure first division in Class 12 and the current CGPA of the student till the last semester should be equivalent to first-division will be eligible to apply.
— A monthly stipend of Rs 2,500 will be paid after the completion of the internship and interns will be issued a completion certificate on the successful completion of the internship.

— There will be accommodation charges Rs 3000 per month plus 12 per cent GST, food charges Rs 115 per day for three meals.

— Fees once paid is non-refundable. The Undergraduate Students are requested to contact the concerned faculty mentor for any query/clarification. Consent from the faculty mentor of IIT Indore is a must.
