NEW DELHI: The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has officially commenced the online registration and choice-filling process for JAC Delhi Counselling 2026. JEE Main qualified candidates seeking admission to undergraduate engineering (B.Tech.) and architecture (B.Arch.) programs can submit their applications through the centralized portal at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
For the 2026–27 academic session, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) is serving as the coordinating university for the admission process.

- Last Date to Apply & Lock Preferences: June 9, 2026 (Until 11:30 PM)
- Additional Registration & Preference Editing Window: June 26 to June 28, 2026 (Until 11:30 PM)
Steps to complete the online application:
- Visit the Portal: Go to the official website at
jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. - Initial Authentication: Click on the registration link and authenticate using your unique JEE Main 2026 application number and full name.
- Fill Application Form: Enter your complete personal profile, active contact details, and precise academic aggregate percentages.
- Fee Payment: Remit the mandatory, non-refundable registration-cum-counselling fee of ₹1,500 via digital pathways (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) or by downloading an SBI cash challan.
- Choice Filling & Locking: Select and arrange your preferred engineering branches and university campus combinations in strict decreasing order of your personal priority. Save and lock your preferences before the June 9 deadline.
Key admission evaluation details:
- Admission Criteria: B.Tech. seat allotments will be strictly governed by the JEE Main 2026 Common Rank List (CRL) Paper 1 scores, whereas B.Arch. admissions at NSUT and IGDTUW will rely on Paper 2 ranks.
- Special Bonus Points: IIIT-Delhi will evaluate candidates using a combination of their JEE Main percentile scores and additional institutional bonus points allotted for notable achievements in National Talent Search examinations, recognized Olympiads, sports, programming contests, or innovation categories.
- Correction Facility: Candidates who miss the initial window or wish to alter their preference choices before subsequent rounds will be given an additional modification opportunity from June 26 to June 28, 2026.
