The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has declared the result of Class 10th of Summer Zone. Students can check the result on the board’s official website at jkbose.nic.in. The online JKBOSE Class 10 result will be provisional in nature, students are required to check every detail mentioned in the mark sheet.
As per the result, this year, girls have outperformed boys in JKBOSE 10th result. The pass percentage of boys stand at 75%, while 81.02 % of girl students passed the examination. Government schools have a pass percentage of 67.04% as compared to that of 55.88 % last year, hence recording a rise of 11.16%.
“I congratulate the girls for outnumbering boys in the annual 10th class results declared today by JKBOSE of Summer Zone, Jammu Province. The pass percentage of the boys remained 75%, whereas 81.02 % of girl students qualified for the exam this year,” Office of LG J-K tweeted. “This year, govt schools have also performed better with a success rate of 67.04% as compared to that of 55.88 % last year, hence recording a leap of 11.16%,” the tweet added.
