The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has released the final results for the Combined Civil Service Examination 2023. Candidates can view the JPSC Civil Service final results on the official website, jpsc.gov.in. The direct link is provided below.
The commission has published the names and application numbers of the selected candidates, along with their respective categories and the services assigned to them. This recruitment initiative was carried out for 342 vacancies across various state services.
To be eligible for the examination, candidates were required to possess a graduation degree from a recognized university or institution. They needed to be between 21 and 35 years old as of the cut-off date. Relaxation in the upper age limit was granted to candidates from reserved categories in accordance with regulations.
The examination consisted of two segments: Prelims and Mains (written and interview). Candidates were required to achieve a minimum of 40 percent marks to qualify for the Mains examination. However, eligible candidates from reserved categories were afforded relaxation in the qualifying marks.
The scores obtained in Paper 1 Language (general Hindi and general English) were not included in the calculations for the interview and final merit lists, as this paper was solely qualifying in nature.
