Deputy Chief Minister C N Ashwath Narayan has released the exam dates for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for professional courses. As per the announcement the Karnataka Examination Authority will be conducted the Common Entrance Test (CET) July 7 and 8.
As per the announcement on July 7, the CET will be held for Biology and Mathematics and for Physics and Chemistry, the next day. The Kannada language test for Horanadu (other states) and Gadinadu (border regions of the state) Kannadiga candidates will be conducted on July 9. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) conducts KCET for admission to professional courses in the state’s institutes. KCET is a pen-and-paper-based test.
The Higher Education Minister CN Ashwathnarayan, took to Twitter to confirm the KCET dates. The Minister stated that “KCET examinations for professional courses will be taking place on 7 and 8 July 2021 in the following manner i.e. on July 7 – Biology, Mathematics, July 8 – Physics, Chemistry. The examinations for the Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga students will be conducted on 9 July 2021.
