The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) in Kerala has announced an extension of the registration deadline. Candidates now have until March 12 to complete their applications for the Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) 2025 examination. Those who have not yet submitted their application forms can do so by visiting the official website at cee.kerala.gov.in.
The final date for uploading all necessary certificates on the official KEAM portal is March 15. The engineering entrance examination is scheduled to take place from April 22 to April 30.
If a candidate has successfully paid the application fee but the payment status has not been updated to green, they are advised to contact the relevant authorities to resolve the issue.
Following the conclusion of the application process, KEAM admit cards will be issued. Applicants will need to enter their login credentials, including their application number and password, to download the admit card, which will be available from April 10.
The KEAM 2024 rank list was published on July 11, with rankings determined by giving equal weight to the normalized scores from KEAM 2024 and the marks obtained in class 12.
In the previous year, a total of 79,044 students (38,853 girls and 40,190 boys) participated in the entrance examination, with 58,340 candidates (27,524 girls and 30,815 boys) qualifying. Out of these, 52,500 students (24,646 girls and 27,854 boys) were included in the rank list.
The number of qualified candidates saw an increase of 4,261 compared to the previous year, while the number of candidates on the rank list rose by 2,829. Notably, the sole transgender candidate who appeared for the exam and qualified did not make it onto the rank list.
Among the top 100 ranks, there are 13 girls and 87 boys, with 75 of these candidates achieving their ranks on their first attempt. Ernakulam district boasts over 24 students in the top 100 ranks, followed by Thiruvananthapuram with 15 and Kottayam with 11.
