Kerala Government has announced the result of the State Level National Means cum Merit Scholarship Examination (NMMSE). Students who appeared in the exam can go to nmmse.kerala.gov.in and view their results. A direct link to check scores has been given below.
The National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship scheme is a central government-sponsored scheme aimed at providing financial assistance to deserving students belonging to economically weaker sections. The amount of the scholarship is ₹12,000 per annum.
Kerala students whose parental income from all sources is not more than ₹3,50,000 per annum can apply for this scholarship. They should study as regular students in a government or aided school under the Government of Kerala.
The State Level Examination consists of two tests, (i) the Mental Ability Test (MAT) and (ii) Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). A student must pass the NMMSS examination with an aggregate of the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and Mental Ability Test (MAT) to be taken together at a minimum of 40 percent (32 percent for SC/ST students).
