Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) Cell published the provisional merit list for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) for MBBS and BDS courses under Group A. Candidates can access the Maharashtra NEET UG merit list at medicalug2025.mahacet.org/NEET-UG-2025.
A total of 60,021 candidates have qualified to engage in the counselling process and secure admission to MBBS and BDS programs. The Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 merit list has been compiled based on the information submitted by candidates during the registration phase.
According to the revised NEET UG counselling timetable, candidates are permitted to fill in their choices from August 8 to August 11, 2025. The results of the seat allotment will be announced on August 13. Candidates who receive seat allocations must report to their respective institutions for physical joining between August 14 and August 22, excluding August 15 and 16.
As stated in the official announcement, candidates applying under the NRI quota will be considered for admission only after receiving approval from the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA). Applicants under the PwD category will be recognized as eligible following verification by the Medical Board.
Candidates asserting claims for constitutional or specified reservation categories are required to submit valid documentation to benefit from these provisions.
Candidates must first self-verify the seat allotment assigned to them in the CAP round I by accepting the declaration through their login and certifying that their claims regarding qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation, etc., made in the application form are accurate, and that the relevant documents uploaded to support these claims are authentic and correct.
Candidates who have been allotted a preference other than their first choice and have self-frozen their allotment in Round I via their login must accept the seat and pay the seat acceptance fees through online mode. Such candidates will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.
Candidates who have been allotted a preference other than their first choice and wish to seek betterment in the following rounds must claim the allotted seat in Round I by accepting it and selecting the ‘Not Freeze’ option for betterment, and they must pay the seat acceptance fee through their login using online mode.
